pd77 processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your continued use of the pd77 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
